These are the cutest little things! Use a melon baller to scoop out balls of Granny Smith apples, insert lollipop stick, pat dry, then dip in caramel and assorted toppings. (I forgot to dry my apples, so the caramel is sliding off!).These are the perfect size for kids, both for making and eating. Mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, mini M&M's, and sprinkles all make great toppings. You can also dip the apples in melted white or semisweet chocolate.
